Lashes: Sweep brush from base of lashes to tips. Apply multiple coats to build color, length, and volume. Allow each coat to dry before applying next.

Brows: Apply in short, feathery strokes following direction of hair growth. Groom brows upward and outward with brush and reapply if needed.
